After building and managing several vacation rental facilities, we know what it takes to succeed. Before you list with us we will provide a rental feasability assessment that includes suggested improvements, purchases, and a marketing plan.
If home improvements are needed, we can complete them for you. We can also order any linens, fixtures, furnitures and consumables.
We will then set up a listing for you on VRBO.com and our website. Your listing will include photos, maps, driving directions, and compelling text.
Once listed, we will manage the business for you. Everything from reservations, to cleaning, to payment of hotel taxes, to record keeping will be provided without you having to lift a finger.
All you will need to do is make occasional decisions (for which we will provide options and recommendations) and cash the profit checks.
